Once you get to the home page, look at the left column, and click on 'request toys'.
You'll be taken to a page that will give you all the info you need to sign up.
Scroll down on that page and you will come to a scrollable dropbox. Just highlight and click on your state. Your contact person for your particular area should be listed. Click on the person's name and you will be able to send the person an email with your request.
This program has helped me in the past, and my girls got some very nice things over the years. I especially liked how the national guard helped me to my car after I received my bagloads of gifts. :-)
